Makeup Tips for Spring Weddings

Hello Everyone,
I was thinking of some fresh ideas for spring wedding makeup and came across a couple of photos that I wanted to share. When chosing makeup for your wedding day, whether it be your foundation or color, remember that what you are trying to achieve is a more enhanced “YOU”. Your wedding day is not the time to experiment with new colors, foundations, skin care, etc. That is why I stress the pre-wedding trial run for all of my brides. This gives you the opportunity to wear the makeup all day to see how it will mix with your own natural oils and pigments, and it’s also a fun time to take some photos… because let’s face it, photos are the most important part;)
Back to spring makeup trends… I believe that peaches and pinks are timeless. Not sure which one is for you??? Do a half face make-over! Apply pinks to one side of your face and peaches to another and have your friends or a makup artist help you choose. Remember the most important part of makeup application is a photo-finish makeup. What is this? Well let’s just say we’ve all seen the ladies whose face looks white in a picture and their bodies are tan. This can’t happen to you on your big day, so choose a foundation with light reflecting pigments like prescriptives photochrome base to make sure your face is the focus of the shot for all the right reasons.
